Coach Nick is entering his 3rd season as Head Varsity Coach for the Gauchos. He has spent the previous 3 seasons with VVAL foe, Justin-Sienna. At Justin-Sienna, he held multiple positions, including Head JV Coach, Assistant Varsity Coach, and was Interim Varsity Head Coach in 2021, helping lead the Braves to a NorCal D4 Championship and state championship appearance at Golden 1 Center. Prior to coaching, Coach Nick grew up in Pleasanton, CA, attending Amador Valley High School and was a two-year Varsity Player. After high school, he attended CSU Chico where he would meet his future wife, Jamie. After stints in San Francisco and New York City, Jamie and Coach Nick settled down in Sonoma and now has two sons, Nash and Beau, and dog, Olive. Coach Nick spent his professional career in technology sales, most recently working for Google Cloud. Coach Nick owns and operates STACK (now 707 Premier Sonoma County), a youth basketball organization focused on providing Sonoma and Petaluma youth high quality programming to improve their game,

Coach Andre began his basketball journey at local playgrounds and in organized programs in New Jersey. At Arts High School in Newark, NJ, he was a 3 year Varsity player, graduating in 1982. Two weeks after graduation, he moved to California to stay and attended Orange Coach Junior College in Southern California. Coach Andre graduated from University of Phoenix in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management degree. Coach Andre started coaching in 2005 and was involved in youth basketball from 2007-12 and won two CYO Division 1 Championships. Additionally, Coach Andre was a board member of the PNLL World Series team in 2012. Most recently, he coached 4 years (2-JV, 2-Freshman) at Petaluma HS. Outside of work, Coach Andre currently works in the tech field, at a company named Ansys. Coach Andre has two beautiful and smart children, Tre and Maya. 

Coach Jack is entering his 1st season as part of the Varsity staff and he's a valuable addition. He is a graduate of Montgomery HS (Class of 2015), where he played for his father, and legendary coach, Tom Fitchie. He coached Montgomery's Frosh team for 4 years and was a Varsity Assistant Coach for the Vikings last season. He earned a degree in Business Management from UC Santa Cruz. Coach Jack is a project manager for Simply Solar. Coach Jack lives in Petaluma with his fiancee Tate.
