Head Coach - Nick Guillory

Coach Guillory is finishing his 2nd season as head coach for the Gauchos. Coach Guillory spent the previous three seasons with VVAL foe, Justin-Sienna. At Justin-Sienna, Guillory held multiple positions including Head JV coach, Assistant Varsity coach, and interim Varsity Head Coach in 2021, helping lead the Braves to a NorCal D4 Championship and state appearance at Golden 1 Center. Coach Guillory grew up in Pleasanton, CA attending Amador Valley High School and was a two-year Varsity player. Coach Guillory attended CSU Chico where he would meet his future wife Jamie and later have sons Nash and Beau. Coach Guillory owns and operates STACK basketball Club- a youth basketball organization focused on providing Sonoma and Petaluma area youth high quality programming to improve their games. 

Coach Davis is finishing his 2nd season as Assistant Coach for the Gauchos. Recently, Coach Davis coached four years at Petaluma High School (2- JV, 2- Freshman). Coach Davis began his basketball journey at local playgrounds and in organized programs in New Jersey. At Arts High School (Newark, NJ), Coach Davis was a 3 year Varsity basketball player. Coach Davis graduated from University of Phoenix in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Coach Davis started coaching in 2005 and was involved in youth basketball from 2007-2012. Davis has two children, Tre and Maya. 

Rick Duarte just finished his 21st season with the Gauchos, announcing all home games and serving as the team's official scorekeeper. Duarte is a Casa Grande High School graduate of 1982 (Valedictorian). Duarte earned a degree in Business/Finance from Sonoma State University in 1988. Duarte is a financial advisor operating is own practice in Rohnert Park. Duarte's duties include keeping the program running smoothly, heads our advanced scouting department and is the Tournament Director for the annual Brett Callan Memorial Tournament
